All products supplied by Ess Ess Ceratech including Fire Bricks, Ceramic Fiber Products, Castables, Rockwool, and other refractory materials are sourced from certified manufacturers and comply with industrial standards. Product specifications are subject to manufacturer standards and availability.

• Prices may vary based on market conditions and raw material costs.
• Bulk orders must be confirmed through official communication.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All pricing is provided in writing and may vary depending on quantity and specifications.
• Advance payment terms may apply for certain orders.
• Payments must be completed as per agreed terms before dispatch.

5. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on product availability.

6. Quality Assurance

All products undergo visual inspection and specification checks before dispatch. However, installation and usage conditions are beyond our control; therefore, proper handling and installation must be ensured by the buyer.

7. Warranty & Liability

• We supply products as per industrial standards but do not provide performance guarantees beyond manufacturer specifications.
• Liability is limited to product replacement in case of proven manufacturing defect.
